About the event
The goal is to figure out a new system for LA theatre focused on equity and leadership. This isn’t about trying to fix the old system or sustain an inequitable model of theatre, but really building something from scratch.
Our guiding question for the conversation is:
What resources do you wish you had from a central organization to help your careers or creative processes?These ideas can be as big and bold as you want and hopefully getting creative minds together like you all will lead to some incredible brainstorming.
